1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LinkLobby, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

LinkLobby is a creator-first link-in-bio platform that mirrors Instagram and TikTok layouts, letting you add links to posts, showcases, and profile elements. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use LinkLobby, you must create a Peachy Stack account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use LinkLobby. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use LinkLobby only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms and is responsible for any subscription on your behalf.

4. Subscription and Payment

LinkLobby is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices may change with advance notice. You can cancel anytime through your account settings and retain access through the end of your billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for subscription payments. You may cancel to avoid future charges. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal purposes
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Do not upload malicious code or harmful content
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service
• Do not impersonate any person or entity
• Only connect accounts and share content that you own or are authorized to manage
• Do not infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights

7. Third-Party Connections

If you connect Instagram or TikTok, you authorize us to access and display your content as permitted by those platforms. Your access can be revoked by you or the platform at any time. You agree to comply with their terms as well.

LinkLobby uses your authorized Instagram profile and media to build and refresh your LinkLobby page. It does not publish to Instagram or manage your messages or comments. LinkLobby is an independent service and is not sponsored or endorsed by Meta, Instagram, or TikTok. Connections depend on those platforms' availability and access rules.

Disconnecting an account stops syncing and preserves saved post links for reconnection; deleting previously imported data and saved post links is a separate action. You can delete Instagram data from Settings or follow our data deletion instructions. Our use of data received from Meta is subject to Meta's Platform Terms, and these Terms do not grant us rights to use that data beyond what Meta permits.

8. Intellectual Property

LinkLobby and its trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Sara Dietschy LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without written permission. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to store, copy, resize, and display it as needed to provide the service according to your page settings. Content you make available on a published page is publicly accessible. This license is limited by the Privacy Policy and the applicable social platform terms.

9. Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on a LinkLobby page infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at peachystack@saradietschy.com that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
• The URL of the LinkLobby page and a description of the material in question
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

We may remove or disable access to the material and will notify the creator. A creator who believes the material was removed by mistake may send a counter-notice to the same address. We will end the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

LINKLOBBY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SARA DIETSCHY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, OR LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sara Dietschy LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on our website. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
