Account information may include:

Usage data includes:

• Page configuration, showcases, and link settings
• Connected social accounts (Instagram or TikTok)
• Feature usage patterns and performance data

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the LinkLobby service
• Connect and sync Instagram or TikTok feeds (when you authorize it)
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Respond to support requests and product feedback
• Improve performance, reliability, and feature quality

What We Will Never Do

• Sell your personal information to third parties
• Share your data with advertisers or data brokers
• Use your content for advertising without consent

Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular audits. Data is stored on secure Supabase servers.

Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can schedule full Peachy Stack account deletion from Settings. Active subscriptions are canceled, and your account and app data are permanently deleted on the date shown during that process unless we are required by law to retain specific records.

Third-Party Services

We rely on:

• Supabase for database and authentication
• Stripe for payments
• Vercel for hosting
• Meta (Instagram) and TikTok for optional social connections

When you connect Instagram or TikTok, we only request the minimum permissions needed to display your public profile and media thumbnails. We do not request access to messages, contacts, or any data that is not required to power your LinkLobby page.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete your data at any time:

• Disconnect a social account: in the editor, disconnect Instagram or TikTok. We delete the stored access tokens immediately. TikTok access is also revoked with TikTok; Instagram access can be removed from your Instagram settings.
• Remove LinkLobby from Instagram: if you remove LinkLobby from your Instagram account settings, Meta notifies us and we automatically delete your mirrored Instagram data (posts, thumbnails, and tokens). You receive a confirmation code and a status page URL to verify the deletion.
• Delete Instagram data: use Delete Instagram Data in LinkLobby Settings to remove only data received through Meta while keeping your LinkLobby page and other Peachy Stack data.
• Delete your full account: use Delete Peachy Stack Account in Settings to cancel active subscriptions and schedule permanent deletion of your account and associated data across Peachy Stack apps.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences when you sign in to the editor. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Public creator pages set no cookies at all, which is why they do not need a cookie consent banner.

Children's Privacy

LinkLobby is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on our website.
