Sara Dietschy LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates LinkLobby and other products under the Peachy Stack brand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
If you joined a notification list on our website (for example, to hear when TikTok connections became available), we use the email address you submitted only to send you that update.
The profile information, posts, images, and links you make available on a published LinkLobby page can be viewed by anyone and may be indexed by search engines. Access tokens and account sign-in information are not displayed on your public page. Websites you link to have their own privacy practices.
When someone visits a public page or clicks a link, we collect the event time, page and clicked-link information, referring website, and approximate country and city when available. We process IP addresses and browser information for security, abuse prevention, and analytics. Analytics records use hashed IP addresses and browser information, and a hashed session identifier when available. Creators receive summaries of page views, clicks, traffic sources, and approximate locations. These measure visits to LinkLobby pages; they are not Instagram account insights. When an AI assistant that identifies itself opens a public page, we count the visit by assistant name only.
We use HTTPS, authentication, and access controls to protect information. Supabase provides our database, file storage, and authentication services. Stored social access tokens are used by our server to perform authorized requests and are not included in public page responses. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain account and page information to provide the service while your account is active. We retain imported social content to support your page until you delete it or it is no longer needed for that purpose. Disconnecting a social account stops future syncing but does not, by itself, delete previously imported content. You can request deletion separately using the options below.
We process requests to delete Instagram data promptly and delete that data when it is no longer needed to provide the authorized service or when Meta requires deletion, except where retention is required by law. Deletion starts by disconnecting the affected account and stopping new imports. If existing work or a temporary failure delays cleanup, the request remains pending and is retried automatically. Completed deletion receipts contain opaque confirmation codes and deletion counts without Instagram account identifiers, and are removed after 30 days. Pending requests retain the identifiers needed to finish processing them. You can schedule full Peachy Stack account deletion from Settings. Active subscriptions are canceled, and your account and app data are permanently deleted on the date shown during that process unless we are required by law to retain specific records.

Our service providers process the information needed to host, store, secure, and operate the service or process payments. Social platforms receive requests needed to authorize and maintain the connections you choose. We may also disclose information when required by law. Our use and disclosure of data received from Meta remains subject to Meta's Platform Terms; this policy does not expand the uses those terms permit.
To make a privacy request, including access, correction, export, or deletion, email peachystack@saradietschy.com. We may need to verify your identity before providing or deleting account information.
You can delete your data at any time:
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences when you sign in to the editor and to complete social account connections. We also use browser storage for checkout and preferences. Public page analytics use session storage to recognize a browser session and avoid counting repeated page views too quickly. On the LinkLobby homepage, we use DataFast to understand how the site is used and which visits lead to sign-ups. For most visitors it sets first-party cookies to recognize a returning visitor and a browsing session. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and when a visitor's location is unknown, we use DataFast's cookieless mode, which sets no cookies. We use the visitor's country, derived from their IP address, only to make that choice. DataFast is never loaded on creators' public pages, which set no cookies. When an automated crawler, such as a search engine or AI assistant, requests the LinkLobby homepage, we send that request's address, user agent and IP address to DataFast to see which crawlers visit. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
LinkLobby is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on our website.

Instagram and TikTok Data
Connecting a social account is optional. When you connect an Instagram professional account, we request the instagram_business_basic permission. We receive your Instagram account ID, username, display name, and profile photo, together with your media IDs, captions, media types, posting dates, media and thumbnail URLs, and links to your posts. We also store the access token, granted permissions, token expiration, and connection and sync status needed to maintain the connection. We do not receive your Instagram password.
We use this information to import and refresh your feed, fill in your page profile, display your posts, and associate the destination links you choose with those posts. We store imported post information and cache copies of thumbnails and profile photos to serve your LinkLobby page. We do not request Instagram permissions to read or send messages, manage comments, publish posts, or retrieve Instagram insights.
If you connect TikTok, we receive the authorized account identifiers, profile information, video information, and access and refresh tokens needed to import and refresh your TikTok feed. We use that information for the same page-building and display purposes.
